Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your account details and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
If the domain is canceled by the registrar within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. If you cancel the domain yourself, a fee of ₹80 per domain will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
If we fail to fulfill the requirements of your hosting plan, you can raise a refund request within 7 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. (Note: This refund is applicable only if the features mentioned in the plan are not fulfilled; otherwise, no refund will be provided.)
If you cancel a Professional Email plan within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours.
If you purchase a Bulk WhatsApp Message Plan or any Transactional/Promotional SMS plan and decide to cancel it, no refund will be provided.
You may cancel services at any time. Contact our customer support team or log in to your account to initiate cancellation.
Cancellations within the first 7 days are eligible for refunds as per the refund policy. Cancellations after 7 days are non-refundable.
If any spam, phishing, pornographic content, explicit videos, or copyrighted material is found on your domain, hosting, or in bulk WhatsApp/SMS messages, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
